Our Short History

How we’ve started our restaurant

The husband and wife team of Greg and Marie Wick have both been rooted in the restaurant business from a very young age.

Greg’s parents owned and operated a large scale restaurant in Pound Ridge New York, where he spent his youth and teenage years absorbing and then working all areas of the business.

Marie’s Father owned and ran restaurants and hotels in Florida, where his drive and work ethic was transcended on to Marie, as he taught her the in’s and out’s of the business world.

The culmination of these two upbringings helped Greg and Marie transform this once deli/wine shop into one of the Northshore’s best restaurants.


A word from Greg & Marie

“We are both very passionate about food, and we love to share that passion with our customers. Our menu is primarily driven by Marie’s extensive Italian cooking background. Coming from a large family of Italian cooks, her relatives taught her their old world recipes and styles,, which over the years she perfected.

Whether it’s our homemade pizza dough, our authentic marinara (gravy) or our classic chicken marsala, we emphasize flavor and texture in all of our food. Our amazing team adds creativity and excellence in the execution of every dish.
